'Vincent And The Doctor' Synopsis
The BBC Press Office have released the official synopsis for the 10th episode of Series 5 'Vincent And The Doctor'.
“Terror lurks in the cornfields of Provence, but only a sad and lonely painter can see it, as the time-travelling drama continues with an episode written by Richard Curtis.
Amy Pond finds herself shoulder to shoulder with Vincent Van Gogh, in a battle with a deadly alien.”

Doctor Who Live!
The BBC have revealed plans of an upcoming stage show called Doctor Who Live, though actors in the television series will not appear in the show.
"Developed in association with Doctor Who’s Executive Producer and show runner, Steven Moffat, Doctor Who Live promises the same excitement, adventure and suspense that viewers have come to expect from the TV programme and will feature specially filmed new video scenes.
Opening in wartime London and concluding in an epic onstage battle, audiences should expect the unexpected as the The Doctor’s arch-enemies the Daleks are joined by some of the best-loved and most terrifying monsters from the TV series including the Cybermen, Weeping Angels, Judoon and Oods to name but a few.
With an out-of-this-world set, Doctor Who Live will feature special FX, optical illusions and spectacular pyrotechnics building to an epic finale. Specially edited video clips, drawn from the TV Programme will be shown on a massive screen and accompanied by the music of longtime Doctor Who composer Murray Gold. These iconic scores will be brought to life by a 16 piece orchestra live on stage."

Tickets go on sale at 9:00AM Friday 21st May 2010 for the price of £38.50, £34.50 and £25.00 subject to booking fees. However Belfast Odyssey Arena will sell the tickets for £42.50, £37.50 & £27.50 and may be subject to service charges.

'Amy's Choice' Clips
The official BBC Doctor Who website have released three clips of 'Amy's Choice', the seventh episode in Series 5. The clips feature The Doctor's arrival in Leadworth to meet Amy and Rory five years later, the trio going to see a Mrs Poggit, and the trio investigating the strange situation...

'Cold Blood' Official Synopsis
The BBC Press Office have now released their official synopsis for the second part of the second two-part story this year - 'Cold Blood' - episode 9 of Series 5. This two-parter sees the third appearance of the Silurians (find out more about them HERE).
This is the Silurians' first story since 1984 when they appeared alongside the Fifth Doctor and companions Tegan Jovanka and Turlough in the four-part story 'Warriors Of The Deep'.
'Cold Blood' synopsis:
"It is the most important day in the history of Earth: the dawn of a new age of harmony or the start of its final war. In the latest episode of the time-travelling drama, written by Chris Chibnall, The Doctor must face his most difficult challenge yet. It is a battle in which he cannot take sides and a day when nobody must die..."

Karen Gillan Interviews Matt Smith
The official BBC Doctor Who website has updated their site by posted a new interview in which the Eleventh Doctor himself Matt Smith is interviewed by his companion co-star Karen Gillan.
In the interview, Karen asks Matt, among other questions: what it's like to play the Doctor, whether he's like anyone he's ever played before and MUCH more. Along the way they have a lot laughs and think up ideas for what they would like to happen in future episodes...

'The Hungry Earth' Synopsis
The BBC Press Office have released the official synopsis for the eighth episode of Series 5 'The Hungry Earth'.
“It's 2015 and the most ambitious drilling project in history has reached deeper beneath the Earth's crust than man has ever gone before – but now the ground itself is fighting back.
In the latest episode of the time-travelling drama, written by Chris Chibnall, the Doctor, Amy and Rory arrive in a tiny mining village and find themselves plunged into a battle against a deadly danger from a bygone age.”
If the series' run goes uninterrupted by Eurovision, 'The Hungry Earth' will be broadcast in the UK on BBC One and simulcast BBC HD on Saturday 22nd May, if interrupted then it will probably air on Saturday May 29th.

'Vampires Of Venice' TV Trailer & Clips
Throughout the week BBC One have been showing the TV trailer for 'Vampires Of Venice', the sixth episode in Series 5, due to broadcast in the UK this Saturday. They have also released some video clips of the story, which sees Amy's fiancée, Rory Williams, return to the season.
